Volunteer

We need individuals to help during lessons, help with fundraisers, help with facility projects, help with office work, and many other things! Whatever your talents are, we can likely use them.

To become a volunteer at Equul Access, Inc., please do this first:

Submit the following four forms:

• Application (pdf)
• Returning volunteers can fill out the Volunteer Update (pdf) instead
• Liability Release(pdf)
• Emergency Medical Authorization(pdf)
• Confidentiality Policy and Photo Release(pdf)

After review of the forms, we will contact you to attend a scheduled Volunteer Training.

After the training, you will be scheduled for classes or projects based on our needs, and your talents and availability.
